DOMESTIC

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from purchase.

Free shipping and returns with $50 purchase. 

Shipping and returns will be based on your carrier of choice on orders under $50.

Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible.

USPS First Class Mail (2-6 business days): $5 (free over $50)

UPS Ground (1-5 business days): $8: (free over $100)

USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days): $8

Please be advised - some carriers such as USPS are currently experiencing delays.

CANADA

UPS (Ground): Free with $150 purchase.

UPS (Expedited): Rates will be calculated at checkout. 

CENTRAL AND EASTERN CANADA

UPS (Ground): $15 on orders under $150.

WESTERN CANADA 

UPS (Ground): $25 on orders under $150.

WORLDWIDE

International duties are responsibility of the buyer. Ava + Kris will not be responsible for any customs or duties.

Return Policy

To return an item, email info@avaandkris.com with your order number and item you wish to return. 

For a return label, please email us at info@avaandkris.com. The cost of a return label is $5 which will be deducted from your refund.

Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 days for your return to be processed. We'll notify you via email of your refund once we've received and processed the return. 

Please allow 5-7 days for a refund to be issued on your original form of payment.

If we are notified of your return after 14 days of delivery, we cannot process a refund to the original payment method. However if your return is received within 30 days from delivery we will provide store credit.
